Setting up your Smartlinks

How to Create a Smartlink:

A smartlink is simply creating their "shopping cart" for them. Once you've created a link you can use that same link for people to use in the future as well.

The tutorial below will show you to how to create a smartlink for a 4 pack, 10 pack and 30 pack for when a person is ready to convert.

If you do not know what products they are wanting to get started with you can just simply create the Smartlink on the page where it says "Choose your products" and they can simply choose what they are wanting to get started with and checkout. You can name the link General Enrollment since there are no products attached to the link.

  • Login to your back-office: https://officev2.partner.co/account

  • On the Toolbar - Click on Smartlinks

  • Choose Create - Enrollment and next

  • Placement Queue is a great place for the placement information. You will have 2 days to move this person into your business. Confirm

  • Choose the product bundle you are wanting them to enroll with. (4 pack, 10 pack and 30 pack are the most common) Add to Bag and click Next.

  • Digital Business Tools: Adds the one-time fee of $29.95 and click Next.

  • If you are wanting to create a generic smartlink - You will choose Smartlink at the top in the black header.

  • You will now name your smartlink (always make sure and drop down the arrow to show items to see the correct items are attached). Choose a 4-digit PIN and Generate Link.

  • You can now send the link to the person who is interested and let them know that the one time fee and product (s) are already attached in the cart.

  • IMPORTANT - Once they are sent the link, make sure they choose the products they want for their monthly subscription and then checkout/enter their information. It is important that they choose their subscription at this time so it matches up with their color week.
